| BEATING THE DEALERSHIP At Autobahn, We care about our customers and we always try to give the best service and price. It just seems that getting quality service anywhere is getting hard to find. At Autobahn, a real person always answers my phone during business hours. You will never have a computer gadget to talk too and you will not be asked to press button after button. We always call our customers and inform them about the repair or repairs needed on the vehicle before the repair has started. We will give you costs of parts and labor on the repair. We will also explain why you need the repairs. (No surprise here). Some vehicles may need more than one repair, so we will inform you on the repairs that are urgent and the repairs that may be able to be postponed to a later date, and that is important in this economy. We also perform an inspection check on vehicle that comes in to the shop for service. We check tires, suspension, brakes, belts, fluid levels, check for leaks. This is included in every service at no extra charge to you, I call it preventive maintenance and it can save you a expensive repair down the road. Also at Autobahn you will receive a free hand car wash (weather permitting) when having mechanical or auto body repairs done on your car.
